This privacy policy explains what data Veloana collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a good-faith draft; the final policy will be updated at product launch.

Veloana ("we", "us") builds an AI communication and performance coaching product. You can reach us at privacy@veloana.com.
2. Data we collect
Early access sign-ups: your name, email, country, primary goal, and consent choice. Product usage (once the app is available): the recordings you make, generated feedback, and product analytics you have consented to.
3. How we use it
To deliver early-access invitations, generate personalized feedback, improve the product, and communicate updates you have opted into. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
Early-access records are retained until you request removal or until the beta ends. Session recordings will be retained per user-controlled retention settings inside the product.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@veloana.com.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed by service providers outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
